UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ and chef Raymond Blanc back farm kitchen teaching healthy, sustainable eating
Raymond Blanc believes an UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥-backed farm kitchen initiative has the potential to whet the public's appetite for healthy food.

Influencer Milly Fyfe set up the Countryside Kitchen on her Yelvertoft, Northamptonshire farm with the aim of sharing her recipes for success with parents as well as schools, community groups and businesses.
As well as giving practical tips on how to make healthy food, the programme also shows people how what we eat is made and dishes up knowledge on production processes.
Her not-for-profit social enterprise No Fuss Meals for Busy Parents runs the kitchen, which was officially opened in July by the Conservative MP for Daventry, Stuart Andrew.
More than 50 schools have already been lined up to visit the project, which received a £3,500 grant from the UUÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ of Chemistry and attracted funding from other organisations.
In a statement sent to the BBC, legendary French chef Blanc said he would "wholeheartedly support this project's mission" having been "someone who has championed sustainable British food and farming for years".
As well as working on her farm, Ms Fyfe is also a PR and marketing consultant, blogger, podcaster and writer. The idea to set up a classroom on her farm came to her during the coronavirus pandemic and she hopes the hands-on experiences can give visitors plenty of food for thought.
She told the BBC: "I set up No Fuss Meals for Busy Parents, which was an online blog and social media platform to help document life on the farm and people really found it fascinating, because they had no idea what food grew in this country. The feedback was that they'd like to come to the farm and immerse themselves in the farm."
